What you’ll do

  • Deliver quality, robust solutions for a range of clients
  • Work closely with other developers, including assisting junior developers
  • Work alone and alongside other developers
  • Develop with an emphasis on cooperation and platform standards
  • Support the QA team to find and fix bugs
  • Confidently communicate and collaborate with our internal team and a wide range of clients


What you’ll bring

You’ll definitely need:
  • At least two years experience of working in Drupal 8/9
  • Strong PHP skills
  • HTML, CSS and JavaScript proficiency
  • Experience of management tools such as JIRA, Git and BitBucket
  • Strong communication skills
  • A positive, can do attitude towards the team and our clients
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating responsibility and project ownership 
  • A collaborative nature with the ability to multitask
  • Experience with SQL and/or knowledge of other relational database systems
  • A shared passion for our work … technology, design and creativity

These would be great too, but not crucial:

  • A Software Engineering or Computer Science Degree
  • Experience in Drupal 7
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience of mentoring and coaching others
  • Experience with headless CMS solutions
  • Knowledge of SASS / Less
  • Experience of JS Frameworks (Angular, React, Vue etc)
  • Experience of server hosting and maintenance
